What I'm looking for

I’m seeking fully remote work where I can apply my customer-facing access control and credential-system experience alongside my engineering and technical support background.

At IdentiSys, Inc., I supported ID card, visitor management, and access control systems, configuring custom databases, encoding, and printing. I integrated these systems with SQL databases, Active Directory/LDAP, SSO, and cloud and hybrid environments.

I co-managed the company’s highest-revenue territory with another engineer and ranked #1 company-wide. Across 70+ accounts and 300+ contracted devices, I maintained near-100% customer retention and resolved urgent tickets, remotely first and onsite when needed.

I joined sales calls to explain technical capabilities and prerequisites to prospects’ IT teams, and supported Visa Technology & Operations and financial institutions in audit-ready environments. I also bring an engineering design, CAD, and telecom infrastructure background, and keep my technical skills current through a home lab focused on scripting, API integrations, and AI tools.
