I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric service provision through telehealth, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy. I currently hold Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensure within the state s of New Yo rk, Maryland, and the district of Washington DC.

Across my roles, I prioritize thorough assessment, clear treatment planning, and dependable follow-through—especially when continuity of care matters. I’ve also handled full-time telehealth psychiatric care and independent nurse contractor responsibilities, bringing a patient-centered, professional approach to behavioral health.

Before specializing, I built a strong clinical foundation in nursing leadership and coordination. As a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC), I wrote care plans, maintained Medicare certification compliance, obtained prior authorizations, facilitated care conferences for residents and families, and developed corrective action plans.

I’ve broadened my impact through occupational and community health work, including covid management with testing, tracking, and contact tracing; communicable disease investigations; and work supporting HIV, tuberculosis, and vaccine clinic services. I’m CBT and TRE certified, and I’ve also developed and overseen a home health psychiatric program that grew from non-existence to services across 13 counties in South-Western Pennsylvania.
