At Friends of World Scleroderma Foundation, I lead education and capacity-building initiatives with clinicians, nonprofit partners, and academic leaders. I manage program delivery and use surveys and reports to assess participation and stakeholder feedback.
At National Scleroderma Foundation, I led initiatives with local chapters, volunteer advocates, and community partners that increased on-time reporting and data collection by 40%. I also developed trainings, peer-learning resources, toolkits, and a SharePoint intranet.
At Chicago Lights, I directed community services across housing assistance, case management, and food access, and supervised graduate student placements. I also coordinated orientation and training for 600+ volunteers annually and rebuilt the Kraft Employee Fund partnership through an annual MLK Volunteer Day.
Across nonprofit and public-service roles, I’ve worked on community engagement, education, advocacy, development, and language access. I hold an MBA and an MDiv.
