David Lopez Carazo

I am a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. My academic journey at Universidad EIA has equipped me with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, complemented by hands-on experience in various projects. I have a proven track record of utilizing advanced tools such as MATLAB, Python, and Inventor to analyze and optimize mechanical systems, particularly in the fields of thermal and fluid dynamics.

During my internship at Grupo Ambiental GKL SAS, I supported the design and maintenance of industrial systems, applying CFD simulations and finite element analysis to enhance performance and ensure structural integrity. My thesis project involved designing and testing centrifugal fan rotors, where I conducted extensive simulations and experiments to evaluate performance metrics. I am particularly interested in renewable energy solutions and am eager to contribute to projects that focus on sustainable engineering practices.
