Through YourSoftwareCTO, I provide pre-LOI diligence, post-close stabilization, hold-period governance, vendor diligence, and exit readiness. I built a 31-situation diligence and governance corpus and productized an Asset Review that delivers a board-ready Risk Exposure Summary in 5–7 days.

At Axos Bank, I lead securities software delivery across two teams, an 18-person organization, and a $3M budget. I rebuilt the SDLC around Agile, strengthened banking and securities security controls, and developed cross-stack talent to avoid two additional hires.

I’ve also doubled revenue at Hometown Quotes through a business rules engine, revitalized Kryterion’s 25-person global engineering organization, and supported a $10M insurance sale at Pitney Bowes. I bring operating leadership, financial discipline, and practical technology governance to regulated businesses.
