At Anthropic, I built and improved backend services for Claude inference traffic. I designed Go routing that directs requests away from degraded serving pools and introduced bounded queues to manage demand beyond available capacity.
I also propagated client disconnects and deadlines across streaming operations so canceled requests could release serving resources. I created Python load tests for burst traffic, sustained demand, and degraded pools, and instrumented request paths with OpenTelemetry.
At Stripe, I developed payment APIs and merchant-facing features across Rails, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript. I added idempotency safeguards and reconciled delayed or out-of-order processor notifications so payment states stayed consistent for merchants.
Earlier at Stripe, I built checkout and merchant account features; at Twilio, I developed messaging APIs and event-processing components. I added recovery logic for interrupted connections and tested duplicate and out-of-order event handling.
