I’m a tech-savvy, adaptable professional with a solid foundation in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity. I’m comfortable troubleshooting everyday technical issues, supporting users with software and connectivity problems, and providing reliable remote assistance.

In my recent remote work with Mandala Chain, I supported community engagement by answering questions, guiding users across digital platforms, and creating educational and promotional content around blockchain/Web3. I also organized research accurately, monitored engagement trends, and completed tasks on time using tools like AnyDesk and Google Meet/Zoom.

In my current role as a Cybersecurity Intern (GIIT Africa), I’m focused on network analysis and monitoring, arranging and connecting devices, and configuring routers using the console cable (RIP, NAT, ACL). I bring a hands-on mindset from both lab work (Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, Kali Linux, VMware) and practical troubleshooting experience.

Before this, I worked in IT Support at Lead City University, where I diagnosed internet/network issues, configured routers and switches, installed operating systems and office applications, and handled hardware replacement (RAM, hard drives, power supplies). I also hold cybersecurity-focused certifications (including CCEP and Cisco Netacad networking/security certificates) and I’m motivated to keep improving through real-world, fast-paced learning.
