What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on SOC or incident response role in a collaborative, growth-focused team where I can lead threat hunting, improve detection capabilities, and apply SIEM/EDR expertise to defend critical systems.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity (May 2025) and a Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (2023), and I bring 5+ years of hands-on Security Operations Center experience with the United States Army National Guard. I led incident response teams, performed threat hunting and malware analysis, and implemented SIEM and EDR solutions to detect and remediate advanced threats.

In civilian roles I refined systematic troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication as a service technician and shop foreman, applying incident response best practices and operational rigor. I am continuously learning emerging threats and detection techniques and I am motivated to strengthen detection capabilities and lead practical defensive operations for mission-focused teams.
