What I'm looking for

I'm open to senior, tech lead, or staff engineer roles—or a role clearly leading there. Growth is the priority.

At Bender Smart Charging, I consolidated Buildroot, C, C++, Rust, and Java projects into a monorepo, reducing code management overhead by 80%. I also improved CI pass rates to 95% and shortened pipelines from four hours to 15 minutes.

At Brisa Robótica, I set technical direction and led six engineers through forklift and pallet-jack reverse-engineering and ROS integrations; the company grew to a $6M US-Brazilian raise. Earlier, at Synapticon, I developed robotics software and embedded Linux systems, including applications and libraries for XMOS multicore chips.
