I'm looking for a healthcare operations or medical billing role where I can improve patient care, resolve insurance claims, support team performance, and grow my management skills.

I've supported Nova Patient Care as an Executive Scheduling Specialist, Patient Care Coordinator, and Assistant Team Lead, handling patient inquiries, scheduling PCP appointments, and reconnecting patients for health checks, CPEs, and HEDIS requirements.

At Prudent Business, I make outbound insurance calls to obtain claim-status solutions for SNF services, with a focus on hospice claims.
