What I'm looking for
I am a home health care and hospice billing specialist currently handling institutional and professional billing, including episodic (NOA-Final) and non-episodic (per visit) workflows for a healthcare consulting firm. I manage first-level transmissions, rejection resolution, and EOB analysis to secure accurate payments.
In prior roles I led operations and monitored A/R aging, ran month-end and weekly reports, and investigated underpayments to improve collections. I routinely follow up on denied claims, coordinate with providers and insurers, and keep management informed on billing and collection issues.
