I’m a corporate development and M&A professional focused on strategic finance work that turns transactions into measurable value. In my current role, I was brought on to execute an acquisition that doubled revenue from $25MM to $50MM.

I built and own the first integrated budget and forecast for the combined company, giving the board a single financial plan across both businesses. I also lead carve-out-focused transaction analysis, including modeling EBITDA upside from automating collectors with AI and demonstrating a 3-year payback to win board approval.

Previously, as a Private Equity Associate, I built LBO models and IC memos underwriting control buyouts of founder- and family-owned businesses ($5–10MM EBITDA). I deployed half of ICV’s $150MM+ Fund V into platform acquisitions and supported swift execution through confirmatory diligence to close just 8 weeks after LOI.

I’ve also delivered value creation across portfolio companies, including exiting Alliance Spine at a 2.0x MOIC and $175MM enterprise value by building a covenant model that secured $14MM of liquidity. Earlier, I built DCF/LBO and merger models and coordinated multi-workstream diligence across M&A engagements, covering industrials, aerospace, and infrastructure.
