I’m a real estate valuation and property analysis professional with 5+ years of combined experience across Rachana Valuers and Consultants LLP and my independent practice. I focus on land and building valuations supported by thorough property inspections, documentation checks, and market-backed conclusions.

I’ve completed 5,000+ property site visits and supported valuation assignments exceeding INR 500 crore across residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, township, under-construction, and public-sector assets. I’m M.Tech qualified in Valuation (Land & Building) with a Civil Engineering background and Chartered Engineer status from the Institution of Engineers (India).

In my roles, I combine field verification with desk-based valuation support—handling property data verification, comparable sales research, market rate analysis, geotag coordinate verification, and valuation report drafting. I also support mortgage and bank valuation requirements through accurate, compliance-first valuation documentation.

I use Google Earth Pro, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Word to verify assets, prepare and review drawings, and produce clear valuation outputs. As an empanelled valuer, I coordinate with banks, DSAs, backend teams, and clients to ensure valuations are ready for home loan estimates and vetting certificates.
