What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to develop my technical skills while contributing to an IT support team.

At Hi-Tech Printery, I troubleshoot paper jams, printer errors, and common printing faults. I also adjust printer settings and assist with software, driver, and network-connected printer issues.

Through hands-on labs and troubleshooting exercises in the Google IT Support Professional program, I configured IP addresses, tested connectivity with ping and ipconfig, and diagnosed printer connectivity in lab environments.

My Technical Diploma in Computer Systems and Networking from T.A. Marryshow Community College gave me grounding in hardware, software, networking, and system maintenance. I’m currently studying for the Cisco CCNA (200-301) and have completed Technical Support Fundamentals through Coursera.
