At Pro-Grind Manufacturing, I program Haas, Willis, and Romi mills, along with Haas, Willis, and Kingston lathes. I turn engineering drawings into manufacturing plans and support production by updating programs, resolving machining issues, and improving setups.
At Lamons Manufacturing, I programmed mills, lathes, and Mori Seiki NZX multi-tasking machines using GibbsCAM. I developed oilfield and threaded components—including VAM connections, valves, flanges, and bonnets—from models and drawings through shop-floor execution.
Across my CNC programming work, I’ve supported 4- and 5-axis machining, VTLs, and horizontal setups, and used fixture design, tooling optimization, and revision control to improve production. I’ve also scheduled workflow in Syteline ERP and trained operators.
