At Twin Harbour Interactive, I own the architecture and technical roadmap for a game server backend serving millions of players. I designed three Spring Boot microservices and led the migration from a legacy monolith to Kafka-based microservices.
I lead a distributed team of five developers, plan and review work, and have mentored three engineers. I work with game designers and QA from requirements through implementation and production validation.
I improved map loading times by 10x, reduced player-inventory database load by 75%, and brought deploy time down from 20 minutes to five. Earlier, at Intellias, I improved AWS S3 data removal by 90x and redesigned a bank document pipeline to handle 100x more documents per day.
