At Twin Harbour Interactive, I own backend architecture and the technical roadmap for live-service games including Supremacy: Warhammer 40K and Supremacy 1914. I work across Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Redis microservices supporting a franchise with 2M+ monthly active players.

I modernized legacy Java systems toward Spring Boot and Kafka microservices while the games remained live, with no interruption to running player worlds. I also optimized the game engine and backend, delivering 10x faster map loading and 75% lower player-inventory database load.

As Tech Lead, I led a distributed team of five engineers for two years, setting architecture direction, planning work, and mentoring three engineers. I helped cut deployment time from 20 to 5 minutes and supported persistent game worlds through production deployments and player-data migrations with zero downtime and zero data loss.

Previously, at Intellias, I improved AWS S3 data removal from 15 minutes to 10 seconds and partnered with a banking client to scale document-processing throughput to 100x more documents per day. At EPAM, I co-designed and built an Oracle ATG password re-hashing module and later shipped subscription features on Hippo CMS.
