Owns the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of DigiValet's core multi-tenant platform, powering 5 business verticals and 40,000+ connected devices. Led the shift to a reuse-first architecture, reducing customer delivery timelines from years to months and improving engineering productivity by nearly 3x.

Built the engineering and integration organization from scratch, establishing hiring processes, KRAs, career ladders, and performance management. Navigated the team through a COVID-era downturn while keeping platform delivery on track, then rebuilt the organization as hiring resumed.

Redesigned the platform architecture from the ground up, architecting the enterprise IoT platform and reusable integration framework still in use today. Designed and built the first generation of the device provisioning system and enterprise administration console.

Took end-to-end ownership of product delivery across Healthcare, Hospitality, and IoT, including the hospitality industry's first voice-controlled hotel room solution in 2016. Represented the organization in international enterprise deployments and customer workshops, and drove R&D initiatives that evolved into production features.

Joined as an intern in 2014 and converted to full-time within 6 months, building low-level drivers and hardware integration layers. Solved complex integration challenges involving proprietary hardware and undocumented protocols through reverse engineering and protocol analysis.

Completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering.
