I investigate phishing alerts, suspicious authentication events, and account activity at UN Women, doing initial triage and escalating high-risk incidents to the cybersecurity team. I respond to identity-based incidents by enforcing MFA resets, revoking active sessions, and securing compromised accounts.

I monitor and support endpoint security with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune, and I administer identity and access management through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to manage user lifecycles securely. I also analyze ServiceNow ticket trends to spot recurring security issues and improve incident handling.

Before this, I delivered Tier 1/2 enterprise technical support at Moody’s Investor Services, imaging and deploying Windows laptops with SCCM and supporting Intune-based device onboarding. Earlier roles included desktop, network, and POS system support and user onboarding training, grounded in practical IT service procedures.
