I'm the sole front-end QA owner for a live crypto exchange admin panel, guiding quality from feature design through release sign-off across two releases each week.

I independently built a Python and Playwright regression suite that reduced full regression from several hours to about one hour per release. I've stopped critical issues before production, including financial actions operating on unconfirmed form data and missing action buttons affecting operator workflows.

Previously at TWIN, I tested web applications, REST APIs, and AI-powered omnichannel chatbot systems spanning Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, and voice. I extended Selenium automation, validated data in PostgreSQL, rebuilt test environments, and monitored Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.

I enjoy tracing issues across frontend, APIs, and databases, including a data-precision defect that made valid transactions unsearchable. I use AI tools daily to strengthen test design and exploratory coverage, and I’ve mentored new QA teammates on practices and tooling.
