I develop Python scripts to automate operational tasks and implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. I also administer cloud resources in Azure and AWS.
My work includes managing and optimizing Linux environments, implementing monitoring and observability with Grafana and enterprise monitoring tools, and resolving infrastructure incidents.
At Azteca Communications, I monitored enterprise network infrastructure, diagnosed connectivity incidents, and analyzed service performance and availability. During my professional internship, I supported network operations and reporting and created a quality system project using technological tools.
