What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote DevOps or Cloud Engineer role where I can work on real infrastructure challenges — Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, observability, or cloud architecture. I value autonomy, asynchronous communication, and teams that care about doing things properly. Ideally a company with a strong engineering culture where there's room to keep growing technically.

I started my career in network support, where I spent 5 years managing infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and developing a solid understanding of how systems communicate at a low level. That foundation naturally led me toward DevOps and Cloud Engineering, where I've spent the last year building production-grade environments from scratch.

My main project is wellness-ops, a full-stack Node.js/PostgreSQL application running on a self-hosted Kubernetes cluster built with kubeadm on Proxmox. The infrastructure spans three environments (dev, staging, prod) with GitOps workflows managed by ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and self-hosted ARC runners, full observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager, and secrets management with Sealed Secrets. The production frontend is publicly accessible at app.luisops.com via Cloudflare Tunnel.

On the cloud side, I maintain a modular Terraform project on AWS covering networking, ALB, ASG, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, with remote state in S3 and DynamoDB and automated deployments through CI/CD.

I'm driven by building things that work in the real world, not just in tutorials. I'm currently looking for fully remote DevOps or Cloud Engineer roles where I can keep growing and contribute to solid, reliable infrastructure
