What I'm looking for

I'm looking to provide senior-level FP&A, enterprise planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive decision support for organizations navigating planning, performance, growth, or investment decisions.

I've led enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support across Houghton Mifflin Harcourt/NWEA, BI Incorporated, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Avalara, and Energy Northwest. At HMH/NWEA, I owned planning for a $200M division and approximately 1,200 employees, including AOP, LRP, rolling forecasts, workforce planning, OPEX, and CAPEX.

I've built scalable financial operating structures, investment models, and performance reporting that improve business choices. My work has delivered approximately $6M in recurring annual cost reductions, $1M in annual margin improvement, and forecasting accuracy of approximately 95%.
