My work captured more than $500,000 in annual OpEx savings while reducing average resolution time from seven days to two and call abandonment from 46% to 2%.

Through Mammoth Advisory, I provide fractional COO support, systems implementation, and SOP design for SMB clients. I also designed and operate a production agentic AI workspace that automates job intelligence, knowledge management, and SOP design.

I'm currently helping mid-market Spectrio clients adopt Enplug and GRRID through structured onboarding, while automating training content and leading a rewrite of 1,500+ help articles across five knowledge bases.
