At Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), Fortive, I led portfolio planning across concurrent product-development and lifecycle initiatives, providing executives with governance reviews, resource planning, risk management, and decision support. I managed development investments of up to $10M.
I supported commercialization and lifecycle management of medical devices, consumables, capital equipment, and software-based products. Earlier in my tenure, I led CAPA, non-conformance investigation, and design-control remediation, and developed the enterprise ISO 14971 risk-management process.
Through Stratus and Associates, I provide independent project management, quality systems, and risk management consulting alongside my corporate roles. My work includes PMO governance advisory, regulatory product-development study management, and a current database-management consulting engagement.
