In my current role as a Field Test Engineer at ThunderSoft (Bucharest, Romania), I test smartphones, tablets, and wearables for multiple clients. I perform black-box, ad-hoc, and functional testing to validate performance and user experience, and I execute log analysis using QXDM and ELT to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues.
I also track and resolve defects in Jira, prepare detailed test reports, and deliver actionable insights to improve product quality. Previously, as a QA Tester at Electronic Arts (EA), I performed regression testing, verified that updates met requirements, and reported bugs with clear reproduction steps across multiple devices.
