I’m looking for a client-focused accounting role where I can own monthly close and tax workflows, improve automation with QuickBooks, and mentor teams—delivering on-time, accurate filings while strengthening client trust.

I’m an accounting professional with 8+ years of public accounting experience, specializing in bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, financial reporting, and client relationship management. I’ve managed multiple business clients end-to-end, trained staff, improved processes, and stayed accountable to critical recurring deadlines—especially payroll, direct deposit submissions, and timely filings.

In my recent role as a Staff Accountant, I streamlined monthly accounting processes through automation, import features, and online filing tools to improve efficiency and accelerate financial reporting. Previously, as a Financial Accounting Manager and Public Accountant, I oversaw day-to-day and monthly closing for a large ($5 million/year) client across multiple entities and class locations, handled payroll processing, sales tax, AR reconciliations, and bill pay, and served as a point of contact by training teams on Osiris, peer reviewing write-up adjustments, and communicating corrections to finalize financials or produce compilations. I also supported tax outcomes by piloting Intuit’s full tax preparation service and advising TurboTax users, while processing payroll tax forms (940/941/SUTA) and payments and preparing/servicing extensive return workloads.
