Daniella Padilla

I’m a detail-oriented professional with experience in leasing, metrology, R&D., and laboratory operations. I’m passionate about delivering results, improving processes, and supporting organizational goals.

In my current role as a Leasing Specialist at Highmark Residential, I tour apartments, process applications, and manage lease agreements. I resolve resident concerns, support community events, and use Yardi & RentCafe for leasing, CRM, and rent collection.

Previously, I worked as a Metrology Lab Technician at Omnia Scientific, where I performed dimensional inspections using CMM and other metrology tools. I created reports using Minitab and SpaceClaim, and I improved lab workflow and quality assurance protocols.

My R&D. background includes work as a R&D; Chemistry Technician at Dais Analytics, developing polymer coatings and membrane materials while supporting PFAS-free technologies. I’ve also analyzed healthcare data in RStudio as a Research Scientist Intern and tested fuel samples using ASTM methods as a Laboratory Technician, with a consistent focus on accuracy, compliance, and clear documentation.
