At Chiper, I designed and implemented an integration with ERP Siesa (UnoEE) using SOAP and Google Pub/Sub, with NestJS and Go. I added idempotency and periodic reconciliation of order status.
I also built an “update details before ordering” flow across four repositories, carrying address changes to six systems, including DIAN electronic invoicing. I implemented insurance sales, a coupon engine, and an embedded credit flow.
As Support Lead, I resolved critical production defects and led incident management across Marketplace, Catalog, Marketing, Customer Support, and Sales. I also corrected a classifier that reported 93% of addresses as erroneous when the actual rate was 10%.
Before moving into software engineering, I led QA at Chiper, guiding a team of QA engineers and setting API and UI automation strategy. I automated tests with Serenity BDD, Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber/Gherkin, and used exploratory testing to find issues before releases.
