As a Front End Developer, I built responsive websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries.
In my current CSR Home Agent role, I help manage medical records and payment information, and use CSR tools to maintain and edit customer records.
I also help interpret insurance claims processing and mediate between medical providers and patients to resolve medical bills and processing issues.
