What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable, compliant data platforms where I can partner with stakeholders, improve data quality and reporting, mentor engineers, and apply AI-driven automation in Agile teams.

At Flex&Gate, I designed and implemented centralized data architecture for compliance reporting, governance, analytics, and sensitive-data workflows. I build ingestion pipelines, backend data models, and Power BI reporting layers that give business teams reliable visibility into complex data.

I've led engineering teams through architecture decisions, code reviews, testing practices, Agile delivery, and stakeholder-driven improvements. My work includes HIPAA-aligned data security, scalable backend infrastructure, cross-silo data integration, and AI-assisted data-processing automation.

Previously, I led data engineering at Spectral Energies and built ETL processes, data models, dashboards, and validation workflows at Six Flags. I enjoy translating business requirements into practical technical architectures while mentoring engineers and improving data quality.
