What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply econometrics, game theory, and statistical modeling to solve real problems, collaborate with a strong team, and communicate results clearly through data and models.

I’m an econometrics and quantitative economics Ph.D. candidate and instructor at The University of Kansas, with a research focus on game theory. I’ve taught Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Game Theory, and Algebra across multiple semesters.

Previously, I worked as a Statistician with the Xuyenmoc District People’s Committee, where I led a team of 30 to collect and analyze data from 15,000+ individuals. I used SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint to redesign survey forms and improve data reporting for government agencies.

My research develops methods for integrating fragmented matching markets under regional balance constraints, aiming to improve welfare and fairness using a Pareto-improving cycle algorithm. I bring a disciplined, data-driven approach to modeling, analysis, and clear communication of quantitative results.
