What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build full-stack software and cybersecurity-focused products while applying my IT support, Microsoft 365, UX research, and technical troubleshooting experience.

I built ZERO//DAY, a live cybersecurity intelligence dashboard that aggregates threat feeds from CISA KEV, NIST NVD, and security RSS sources. I engineered backend proxy logic for chained API calls, standardized JSON/XML data, and deployed the project on Netlify.

I've delivered first- and second-line support for Octavia Housing Group and freelance small-business clients, resolving hardware, software, network, Windows, and macOS issues. My work has included Microsoft 365 administration, device imaging and deployment, onboarding and offboarding, MFA setup, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook configuration.

Through projects with Lloyds Banking Group and Heathrow Airport, I've also explored UX research, data visualization, biometric security, cybersecurity governance, and resilient digital operations.
