What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow Web3 or Web2 communities through thoughtful moderation, member onboarding, engagement programs, feedback reporting, and reliable community operations. I value collaborative teams where I can combine communication, project coordination, and technical knowledge.

I manage TechWave Daily's network of 22 WhatsApp communities, coordinating daily class updates, job and internship opportunities, announcements, moderation, and content curation across groups of up to 833+ members.

I've moderated Web3 and JobTech communities for ELLFEX / NaijaJobber, GOLDETF, and PROFESSOR. At ELLFEX / NaijaJobber, I helped manage a Telegram community that grew to 861 members while reducing spam, onboarding contributors, handling concerns, and sharing ecosystem updates.

I also facilitate structured learning communities, including a 13-member personal-brand masterclass cohort where I kept participants engaged, accountable, and informed about assignments and deadlines.

Alongside community operations, I bring project management training in planning, WBS, Gantt charts, Jira, and team coordination, plus a hands-on electrical and electronics background that helps me communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
