What I'm looking for

I am looking for a flexible remote QoS/QA role that allows me to support my family while delivering high-quality results.

Available for morning shifts: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM Beirut time [GMT+3] and night shifts: 8:00PM - 12:00PM.

I help students grow through engaging online instruction, with 4+ years of experience teaching coding and math. I’m known for clear communication, patience, and practical problem solving that keeps learners confident as they progress.

Alongside teaching, I bring a technical mindset from my Computer Science background and hands-on projects. I’ve built a Skype bot (AUBOT) to help students find course and departmental information, and developed an Android app (SOS) focused on safety and tracking for vulnerable groups.

I also strengthen my impact through leadership, training, and service—supporting community initiatives and volunteering with education-focused organizations. I approach every role with time management, active listening, and a customer-first attitude to ensure students and stakeholders get real value.
