At Peak D365 OPC, I built a KYC/KYB onboarding portal in Power Pages and Power Automate that brings LexisNexis risk scores into Dataverse for an AML/CTF compliance provider. I also connected onboarding forms from Docusign Workflow Builder and set up Entra External ID sign-in and an API for partner firms.
I built a Copilot for an Australian university that searches Content Manager (TRIM) through Power Automate, helping staff find records for subpoenas and other requests. I also built a Power Pages site with more than 5,000 users and replaced paper inspection and intake forms with Power Apps on SharePoint Online lists.
At Accenture Inc., I implemented a Dynamics 365 Education Accelerator solution for a UK university and customised Dynamics 365 healthcare assets. I wrote C# plugins and JavaScript, set up Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and built Power BI reports on Dataverse data.
