At EIA Group – UK, I represent the organization in the Balkans and deliver accredited training in behavioral analysis using the SCAnS™ model.
As an independent consultant and speaker, I work on non-verbal communication, threat detection, deception detection, and behavior analysis. I consult on complex interpersonal dynamics in security and corporate settings and speak at conferences in criminology, psychology, and security studies.
Through Komunikacija razumijevanja, I contributed to a national education project bringing emotional intelligence and empathy training to high schools. I also teach SCAnS-based behavior analysis and emotional intelligence in workshops and masterclasses.
