At Urbantz, a European last-mile delivery SaaS leader, I lead remote engineering squads across 12+ countries, modernizing the platform toward cloud-native, multi-cloud architecture and production-grade AI workflows.
I improved deployment frequency from two releases per month to multiple per day, reduced release lead time to under 24 hours, and lowered change-failure rates from roughly 20% to under 1%. I also built hiring, onboarding, progression, performance-management, incident-management, and operational-excellence practices for distributed teams.
Previously at Lyra Network, I scaled engineering from 2 to 45+ engineers across eight squads, supporting five SaaS products and 20+ API collections in a PCI-DSS-regulated payments environment. My earlier hands-on work across software engineering, QA leadership, and product gave me end-to-end SDLC experience in banking, insurance, government, biomedical, and import-export domains.
