I’m a results-driven Data Analyst and Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience using data to improve strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth across the fashion, IT, and oil servicing industries. At HaleTech Services Ltd, I collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and web sources—then deliver insights through SQL queries and interactive Power BI dashboards. I also focus heavily on data validation, quality checks, and integrity testing, and I automate reporting with Excel PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

Alongside analytics, I bring a business lens from my experience as a Business Analyst / Marketer, where I used market research and sales analytics to drive outcomes like a 30% sales increase in six months and improved brand awareness by 40% on social media. I’ve also supported field reporting and compliance through site inspections that reduced incident reports by 20%, and I build projects such as sales performance and customer analysis dashboards using Power BI (Power Query, DAX) and SQL. I’m known for analytical thinking, clear communication, attention to detail, and collaborating effectively to solve real business problems.
