What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data, business, or product analytics role where I can use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to turn business data into actionable dashboards, KPI reports, and insights for cross-functional decision-making.

I've built Power BI dashboards for retail sales performance and customer intelligence, turning thousands of transactions into clear KPI reports and business insights.

In my retail sales project, I cleaned and transformed data in Excel, created DAX measures such as Discount Severity and Negative Profit Flag, and visualized product, regional, profit, and time-based performance. My customer dashboard used a dimensional model to analyze customer value, profitability, purchasing behavior, segmentation, and retention opportunities.

As a Computer Instructor at AG Royal Academy, I deliver practical Microsoft Office training and design hands-on exercises that improve digital literacy. I enjoy making technical concepts easy to understand, a strength I bring to communicating data insights with non-technical stakeholders.

I'm growing my focus in business and product analytics, using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and DAX to support better decisions.
