I’m a market expert focused on inventory accuracy, shelf execution, and customer-ready presentation. Since September 2023, I’ve managed inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock situations, used planograms to ensure correct product placement, and implemented promotional displays and signage to boost customer engagement and visibility. I also analyze sales data to spot trends and improvement opportunities, then train store associates on proper merchandising techniques for consistent brand representation.

Before that, I worked as a deli clerk from February 2021 to August 2023, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing deli meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches to customer preferences. I operated slicing machines safely and maintained cleanliness and organization in the deli counter, while adhering to food safety regulations (storage temperatures, labeling, and expiration dates) and resolving customer concerns promptly. I’m currently an undergraduate in Physical Therapy at Southwestern Illinois College, and I bring a disciplined, safety-first approach to every role.
