I’m seeking remote roles in bilingual content and copywriting, virtual assistance, customer support, and e-commerce content production. China daytime hours let me overlap with evening hours in the U.S. and Europe for after-hours support and content updates.

At Hilton Hotel, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (Terminal 3), I served international travelers in English at the front desk. I averaged 2–3 successful daily upsells and handled two flight disruption events when 200+ passengers arrived at once.
