I seek a role that fosters professional growth and allows me to impact maternal health positively.

I am a dedicated maternal health nursing professional with extensive experience in academia and clinical practice. I hold a postgraduate degree in maternity nursing from Jimma University and have served as a lecturer and assistant professor at various institutions, including Debre Birhan University and Jimma University. My passion lies in improving maternal and child health outcomes through education and research.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous research projects aimed at enhancing healthcare practices and addressing critical issues in maternal health. I have led and contributed to studies that focus on antenatal care, substance use among pregnant women, and job satisfaction among nurses. My commitment to training healthcare professionals is evident through my role as a trainer in various clinical teaching programs and workshops.
