At Debre Tabor University, I teach Adult Health Nursing, conduct research, write projects, and provide community services. I also lead the Nursing programme exam review committee.

My research has resulted in more than 20 articles published in peer-reviewed journals indexed in PubMed, Scopus, and MEDLINE. My work includes studies and reviews on patient care, nursing practice, and health outcomes in Ethiopia.

Before my current position, I participated in teaching undergraduate nursing courses and advising students on graduation research at Debre Tabor University. I also provided nursing care at DebreBirhan referral hospital and Mekane Eyesus hospital, coordinated maternal and child case teams, and prepared and evaluated nursing-service performance reports.
