I've built food safety, quality assurance, and process engineering experience at Tanmia Agricultural Development Company across poultry and high-volume food manufacturing.
As a Process Engineer, I map production flows, equipment interactions, bottlenecks, waste sources, downtime, rework, and quality losses across forming, battering, breading, frying, cooking, and freezing operations. I work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and technical consultants to investigate deviations and identify practical improvements.
