What I'm looking for

I'm eager to begin a career in a quality-focused environment where I can apply my scientific knowledge and continue learning.

My biology studies at Lebanese University covered microbiology, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques. Through independent learning and professional development, I've developed an understanding of HACCP principles, GMP, and ISO 22000 fundamentals.

As Kitchen Supervisor at Chahtoul Camping, I supervised kitchen operations and ensured food safety and hygiene standards. I'm currently a Sales Associate at Sidewalks (Nike), and I'm eager to begin a career in a quality-focused environment.
