I’m looking for a home health clinical documentation QA role where I can audit for OASIS accuracy, strengthen compliance, and lead improvements—combining my nursing background, coaching skills, and EMR expertise to deliver consistently reliable documentation.

I’m a Licensed Nurse with proven experience as a Home Health OASIS QA Reviewer and Auditor for clinical documentation. I focus on accurate, high-quality results through compliance, quality improvement, and detail-driven auditing.

Most recently, I served as a Senior Team Leader / Trainer where I facilitated OASIS Home Health training, developed documentation-aligned training materials, and coached teams to improve accuracy and productivity.
