I am an armed security professional with progressive experience in residential HOA and gated-community protection, operations, and resident-facing services. I began as an unarmed officer and advanced to Lead Officer and a company-sponsored armed officer.

My duties have included CCTV monitoring, patrols, access control, gate and visitor management using DwellingLive, Go Access, and QuickPass, plus routine incident reporting and radio-coordinated responses. I supported daily operations and assisted the Director of Security with administrative responsibilities.

I have delivered concierge-style security and package management in HOA environments, focusing on customer service, conflict de-escalation, and professional resident relations. I was recognized as Employee of the Month for outstanding performance and professionalism.

I hold Nevada PILB Armed Security Guard licensure and certifications in firearms safety, defensive tactics, first aid/CPR, incident report writing, and customer service for security professionals, which together enable me to provide safe, compliant, and service-oriented security operations.
