At Cafeto software, I design enterprise platforms, internal operations tools, and client-facing products. On DOQMIND Platform, I designed and launched 20+ core features and redesigned file uploads and approvals, improving first-attempt task success by 30% to 40% while reducing validation errors.

For DOQMIND Viewer, I architected a document viewer interface from scratch with 30+ interactive toolsets. After launch, I iterated on the designs using user session tracking, accelerating task completion by 50% to 60%.

At Cafeto software, I also helped turn Omega Security’s manual logging into digital forms, and designed a Legrand France catalog that generated 250 direct transactions in its first month. Earlier, I created visual communication assets at Cafeto software and exhibition stand proposals at Bigjonan Studio.
