What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an AV role where I can apply hands-on conference and live-event support experience while growing through collaboration, technical problem-solving, and opportunities to improve client experiences.

At AVI-SPL, I maintain and troubleshoot conference-center technology for 40+ conference and Microsoft Teams Rooms, supporting executives and campus administrators. I document room capabilities, run weekly codec and touch-panel maintenance, and improved recorded client survey feedback by 90%.

I've supported corporate events, theatre productions, concerts and city events with Stage Alliance, The Avent Techs, Upstage Inc., and the City of San Antonio. My work includes PA systems, microphones, speaker placement, projection, video monitors, lighting, staging, and backline preparation.

I also bring hands-on audio production and scenic-building experience, from editing music and creating Digico S21 show templates to building stages, custom sound panels, and dance-studio AV systems.
